5G Small Cell Deployment

End-to-end small cell installation from site acquisition and permitting through carrier acceptance testing and turn-up.

What we deliver

Our 5G Small Cell Deployment capabilities

Site Selection & Permitting

Candidate site analysis, landlord negotiations, municipal permit filing, and NEPA/SHPO compliance coordination. We manage the full approval cycle so your RF team stays focused on network design.

Equipment Installation

Pole-top and strand-mounted node installation, power supply configuration, fiber and coax routing, equipment cabinet mounting, and weatherproofing for Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, and CommScope hardware.

Backhaul & Turn-Up

Fiber splice and termination to the serving node, transport circuit verification, RF power-on, and carrier acceptance testing delivered with full documentation packet.

Who we serve

Ideal for these applications

Urban Densification

Fill macro coverage gaps in dense urban and suburban corridors — shopping districts, transit hubs, stadiums, and university campuses.

Enterprise Campus

Private 5G and CBRS small cells for manufacturing floors, logistics centers, and large corporate campuses requiring dedicated wireless capacity.

Municipal & Smart City

Smart streetlight integration, traffic monitoring nodes, and public Wi-Fi infrastructure for municipalities upgrading their right-of-way.

Highway & Transit Corridors

Linear coverage deployments along highways, rail lines, and transit corridors where macro cell spacing leaves gaps.

How it works

Our 5g small cell deployment process

01

RF & Site Planning

We review your propagation model, walk candidate sites, and confirm power availability, fiber proximity, and structural suitability.

02

Permitting

Applications are filed with the municipality or relevant authority. We track progress and respond to information requests to keep timelines on track.

03

Installation

Crews install the node, power supply, and backhaul according to your engineering package — with same-day snag resolution.

04

Carrier Acceptance

Post-installation RF sweeps, ATP documentation, and final photo package delivered for carrier acceptance and as-built records.

Common questions

Frequently asked

How long does permitting take?

Timelines vary by jurisdiction. Most municipalities process small cell permits in 60–90 days under the FCC shot clock. We file complete applications to avoid clock-stopping RFIs.

Which OEM hardware do you install?

We are field-trained on Ericsson AIR nodes, Nokia AEQF/AEFB, Samsung NEO, and CommScope Era nodes, among others. We follow carrier-approved installation standards for each.

Can you handle both the fiber backhaul and the node installation?

Yes. We self-perform fiber splicing and termination so the fiber-to-node interface is a single accountability point, which simplifies carrier ATP sign-off.
