Our antenna installation process
Engineering Review
We review your RF engineering package, sector assignments, antenna specifications, and mounting hardware plan before mobilizing.
Tower Climb
Crew ascends with new hardware. Old equipment removed and staged for carrier collection or disposal. New antenna installed per specification.
Alignment
Azimuth set and locked. Mechanical and electrical downtilt applied. All settings documented with photos and compass/GPS tool readings.
Documentation
Post-installation photo package, alignment record, and torque log submitted within 24 hours for carrier ATP processing.

Do you work with all carrier antenna brands?
Yes — we install and align Commscope, Ericsson, Nokia, Amphenol, and Kathrein antennas, among others. We follow carrier-specific field installation guides for each OEM.
Can you perform antenna work in all weather?
We follow OSHA and carrier climbing policies for wind and lightning. Light rain does not stop work; we will not climb above OSHA wind limits. Frozen tower sections are assessed before ascent.
How do you document alignment?
We use a combination of compass tools, GPS-bearing apps, and inclinometers. Photos of the mount hardware with tool readings visible are standard deliverables on every antenna project.
