Preventive Maintenance & Load Testing
Scheduled PM visits covering engine oil and filter service, coolant check, battery test, transfer switch exercise, and load bank testing to verify full rated capacity under load.
Emergency Response
24/7 rapid dispatch for generator failures, fuel issues, transfer switch malfunctions, and post-storm power restoration. Average response time under 4 hours across our service territory.
Ideal for these applications
Tower Owners
Keep your lease revenue protected. Generator failures cause carrier SLA breaches — our PM programs prevent unplanned outages before they happen.
Wireless Carriers
Multi-site generator programs across your tower portfolio, including documentation formatted for NOC ticket closure and carrier compliance systems.
Data Centers & NOCs
Small edge data and network operations centers requiring generator coverage that integrates with existing UPS and ATS infrastructure.
Emergency Services
Public safety communications sites where any power interruption has life-safety consequences — we prioritize these sites in our dispatch queue.
Our telecom generator services process
Site Load Study
We audit the AC load at the site, review existing battery plant, and size the generator set to current load with 25% headroom for future equipment.
Installation
Pad construction, fuel tank placement, ATS installation, conduit and wiring, and final commissioning run under load before client sign-off.
PM Schedule
Quarterly or semi-annual PM visits keyed to manufacturer intervals. Service records maintained in our portal, exportable for carrier compliance documentation.

24/7 NOC monitoring with priority dispatch to sites experiencing power events. We carry common wear parts and fuel on our service vehicles.
Frequently asked
What generator brands do you service?
We service Generac, Cummins, Kohler, Caterpillar, and MTU equipment. We stock common wear items for the most-deployed models in our territory.
How long should a telecom generator run test last?
We recommend a minimum 2-hour load bank test at 100% rated load annually, in addition to regular short run tests. This validates both the engine and the transfer switch under real conditions.
Can you remotely monitor generator status?
We can integrate with your existing SNMP or cellular monitoring system, or install a standalone monitoring unit that reports to your NOC and ours.
