Common questions

Frequently asked

How often should a tower be inspected?

TIA-222 recommends annual inspections for most towers. Heavily loaded towers, or those in severe weather corridors, should be inspected semi-annually. Many carrier leases also require documented annual maintenance.

Do you work on all tower types?

Yes — guyed wire, self-supporting lattice, monopole, stealth structures, and rooftop mounts. We are also experienced with water tank mounts and building penthouses.

Can you perform the corrective work after the inspection?

Absolutely. The majority of our clients use us for both the inspection and any resulting repairs or upgrades. Single-source accountability keeps documentation cleaner and turnaround faster.
