Pre-Swap Checklist
Site walk to audit existing hardware, inventory jumpers, confirm power capacity, and photograph current configuration before any work begins.
Hardware Swap
Old RRU/RU removed and staged. New unit installed, jumped, and torqued per OEM spec. Power and fiber connections verified before power-on.
Software & Integration
Unit registers to baseband, alarms clear, and sector performance metrics confirm baseline RF output before job is signed off.
Closeout Package
Before and after photos, serial numbers, torque records, and performance screenshots delivered for carrier NMS records.
